Victory Elementary School is a premier Kindergarten through Sixth-grade public school in Portsmouth, Virginia. Victory is widely recognized as a leader in sustainable education for the community in which it serves. VES is dedicated to providing its students learning experiences where an educational foundation can be set so all can prevail in future academic endeavors.
